Service Description

Once concierge consultation is booked, a one-on-one phone call with provider is required to discuss treatment options and plans available.

Cancellation Policy

Please call us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel. Cancellations inside the 24 hour appointment window forfeit deposit. No Call/No Show: ALL CLIENTS that do not show and fail to cancel their appointment are considered NO CALL, NO SHOW and forfeit their deposit. Clients under a paid package who have a no call no show, forfeit the scheduled appointment.
