This Studio Spa was founded by Owner Jermieka Humphrey RN, BSN who is also a registered nurse of 10+ years. Her love of fitness, personal health and self-care led her to create this space which promotes healthy, successful healing and body positivity. Health and Wellness are the core of Jermieka's background and she looks forward to helping you cultivate a new and healthier you! ​
